NONO at ZⓈONAMACO Diseño 2025
From February 5 to 9, 2025, we had the honor of presenting our latest collection at ZⓈONAMACO Diseño 2025, Mexico’s premier art and design fair. The event brought together leading voices in contemporary art and design, and we were thrilled to share our vision with an audience that appreciates the intersection of sculpture, furniture, and artistic expression.
Curated under the creative direction of Joel Escalona, our exhibition explored imperfection, abstraction, and organic form, presenting pieces that redefine function and challenge conventional ideas of completion. Each object invited a dialogue between mass and lightness, balance and tension, structure and spontaneity.
Our collection featured key pieces from some of our most defining series:
Elefante: A sculptural approach to furniture, highlighted by a walnut console and a red oak side table, evoking a sense of movement and weight in their organic forms.
Socle: A bold dining table, merging architectural precision with the raw presence of wood, creating a piece that felt both grounded and monumental.
Still Stand: A collection of black-tinted oak sculptures, embodying stillness, equilibrium, and the beauty of subtle movement.
Sereno: Wall-mounted walnut shelves, existing in their purest form—contemplative, self-sufficient, and complete without the need for adornment.
Solace: A small, angular, and irregular side table, intriguing in its asymmetry, a study in tension and unexpected balance.
As always, NONO remains committed to pushing the boundaries between design and art, blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary exploration. This collection was a testament to our dedication to creating objects that evoke emotion, challenge perception, and transcend their function.
We are grateful to everyone who visited our exhibition at ZⓈONAMACO, shared conversations, and engaged with our work. Thank you for being part of this journey—where the ordinary is transcended, and imperfection is celebrated as the ultimate form of beauty.
