All our products are made to order. Typically, the lead time for standard products ranges between 9 to 12 weeks, not including shipping. Special pieces or sculptures might have an extended lead time.

We require a 100% upfront payment for all orders. Payments can be made via wire transfer or credit card through PayPal. Please note, a 6% service fee will be added to the total quotation for all PayPal transactions.

Shipping costs are determined based on the product size, weight, and delivery location. We provide worldwide shipping through FedEx or DHL. Kindly note, NONO only facilitates freight services offered by third parties. Customers bear responsibility for any related import/export taxes and customs paperwork. We aren't liable for damages during shipping or customs-related delays.

For orders within Mexico, NONO will calculate and add tax fees to your total before checkout. For other countries where taxes and duties can't be predetermined, they will be payable upon delivery to the courier.
