LULL SCULPTURES SERIES

The juxtaposition of curved, pebble-like shapes against straight-edged bases mirrors the harmony between the organic and the geometric. These forms feel both natural and sculpted, as though shaped by the slow, deliberate hand of nature and the precision of craftsmanship. It’s as if these pieces rest in a moment of perfect balance—a pause between forces that seem at odds, yet together, create something deeper and more profound.

SERENO CONSOLE TABLES

The Sereno Collection celebrates minimalism with pieces that don’t need additional decoration to make a statement. Each credenza and sideboard is adorned with unique wooden sculptures, reminiscent of a tranquil pebble, thoughtfully placed to enhance its elegance. These pieces are crafted from solid wood, adding character to each design. Standard models use red oak, but customization with various woods and finishes like walnut, teak, and burnt oak is available to perfectly suit your style and space.

SOCLE DINING TABLES

Crafted with the finest solid wood, each dining table in the series is a testament to NONO's unwavering commitment to quality and the seamless fusion of artistry and utility. Drawing inspiration from the rich history of the plinth, which transitioned from a mere pedestal to a significant element of art in its own right — thanks to pioneers like Donatello and Constantin Brancusi — the Socle Dining Table stands as a modern homage to this evolution.

ELEFANTE

A distinguished tribute to the architectural movements of Mexican Modernism and Brutalist design. The collection showcases three minimal furniture design pieces, including a versatile side table that doubles as a nightstand, a monumental coffee table, and a narrow console table ideal for entryways or living rooms.

Each item of the collection is expertly crafted from oak wood with an vintage look, creating an aura of exquisite quality and sophistication. The simple geometric forms, designed with a particular emphasis on balance and harmony, reflect the core principles of Brutalist design.

Fundamenta Collection

The Fundamenta Collection is where the core of design meets the edge of innovation. It's a celebration of fundamental forms that are the building blocks of aesthetic and functional design. Yet, it's also a testament to the restless spirit of creativity that drives NONO. This collection embodies designs that are essential – the classic shapes and essential lines that form the basis of every interior. But in the same breath, it ventures into new territories, experimenting with forms, materials, and concepts.

Unseen Force Pieces

In the spirit of Constantin Brancusi's philosophy, where the plinth was as much a work of art as the sculpture it displayed, Joel Escalona's Unseen Force Collection for NONO epitomizes the harmonious fusion of art and function. The tables in this collection are not mere pedestals for display but integral components of a single artistic vision, where the sculptural forms atop them resonate with the base, each enhancing the other’s aesthetic and purpose.

SERENO

The Sereno Collection features a variety of floating wall shelves, bookcases, and sideboards that embody tranquility because each design piece doesn't need anything on them to look complete. The idea is simple: each design piece is beautiful on its own, even when it's empty. You don't have to decorate or clutter it with stuff to start experiencing it. And rest assured, these pieces are not just about aesthetics—they're highly practical too.

SOLACE SERIES

The Solace side table series, designed by Joel Escalona, is a furniture collection that exudes balance and presence, thanks to its sensuous, dense, and irregular shapes. These small tables double as works of art, bold and sculptural, with function taking a backseat to expression.

Inspired by the iconic Pigeon sculpture by Isamu Noguchi, the Solace side table series is a stunning tribute to the fusion of traditional and modern design elements that made Noguchi's work so unique. Drawing on the curves and lines that characterize his style, these side tables feature outlines that pay homage to the renowned American artist.

FISHES SERIES

Fishes is a series of sculptural coffee tables inspired by the famous Fish (1930) sculpture of Rumanian artist Constantin Brancusi. Brancusi's work has been widely regarded as a masterpiece of modern art, and his Fish sculpture remain an iconic symbol of his artistic vision.

The Fishes Coffee Tables series is a tribute to Brancusi's mastery of creating a sense of tranquility and serenity. Each coffee table in this collection is meticulously shaped from natural finish or black-tinted oak wood or walnut.

STILL STAND

Joel Escalona's wooden standing sculptures are objects of raw beauty and serene grace. Each one is a testament to the power of the material, with smooth curves that flow into one another, inviting the viewer to pause and reflect. The sculptures themselves are like silent sentinels, standing guard over the spaces they inhabit, filling their viewers with a lust to touch them.

In a world filled with noise and chaos, Escalona's sculptures offer a moment of calm and tranquility. They invite the viewer to bask in their serenity, to slow down and appreciate the beauty of nature, the beauty of wood, and the beauty of art.

MUTED LOUNGE CHAIRS

Brutalist chairs boast a strong, yet passive presence with minimalist designs that highlight the rich textures of natural oak wood. The goal was to showcase the beauty and character of the material.

Crafted from solid oak with a dark finish, each chair is made to order with a wait time of 3-4 months. Each piece may differ slightly in design and wood finish, showcasing the natural character of the oak wood.

These chairs radiate a quiet confidence, anchoring any space with their timeless minimalist aesthetic.

UNSEEN FORCE

Inspired by masters of abstract carving like Constantin Brancusi, Isamu Noguchi and Jean Arp, this outstanding sculpture embodies the spirit of organic art. Each piece is made to order, specific for each client and takes around 3 months to complete. Although each sculpture is unique, they all maintain the same spirit, proportions, and dimensions that make them so exceptional.

SOCLE

Socle is a small solid wood table designed by the NONO design team. Made of solid wood, its elaborated construction serves as a support, much like a plinth for a statue or sculpture.

In the past, the plinth was purely functional, serving only to stabilize and present the artwork. But through the work of artists like Donatello during the Renaissance and Constantin Brancusi in the 20th century, the base has become an integral part of the artwork itself, no longer distinguishable from the object it supports.

PODIO

The NONO design team presents a coffee table that exudes elegance and modernity. The foundation of this piece is a cluster of cylindrical columns, providing a sturdy base for the beautiful rectangular top. Its simplicity and lowkey design make it a versatile piece, perfect for use as a coffee table or as a bench for sitting.

Crafted by hand, the veneer wood used in this table has been carefully selected to showcase the unique graining and natural character of the material. The particle board structure and wood veneer come together to create a warm and inviting aesthetic that will complement any living space. The thick cover and cylindrical legs are both functional and beautiful, adding an architectural element to the overall design.

PEANA

Under apparent simplicity, emerges Peana Collection to elevate your most precious objects.

Peana, which in English translates to base or pedestal, is a series of tables and different surfaces inspired by the idea of creating worthy furniture pieces to place and exhibit your most cherished possessions.

Although simple at first glance, these tables slowly reveal the meticulous work that comes into their craftsmanship. The solid wood hides beneath its apparently simple form a soft edge beneath the top, a continuously soft curve that stops unexpectedly on both sides and delicately placed angled legs, resulting in a classic but sophisticated piece, revealed only to those who take time to appreciate their surroundings.

DUNA

Our Duna Collection is inspired by the vast sand dune regions of the world. These formations, with their sinuous fine lines created by the wind, showcase the beauty of a landscape and represent the natural passage of time and the constant transformation of our surroundings.

We wanted to bring the warm sensation of layer upon layer of sand to our furniture, so we carefully crafted each piece of the Duna Collection to resemble a serene landscape. The polished tabletop surface of each piece captures the effect of the wind, while the fluid, smooth wood base adds to the overall calming effect.

BOOLEANOS

The Booleanos Collection is a line of furniture inspired by construction and deconstruction, as seen in the contrasting finishes of its materials. The collection was first created for a design exhibition in 2012 and has since become one of NONO's most popular lines.

The Booleanos Collection is available in two different configurations of light and dark wood, creating an optical illusion that challenges the idea of balance and symmetry.

POGO

A playful piece that portrays elegance and humor in a perfect rounded fiberglass shape. POGO is a charming piece that fills up the room with a youthful energy and a subtle bliss. Available as a decorative stool or as a large table in a diversity of cheerful colors. POGO is the perfect accent to dull spaces.
