What forms of payment are accepted online?
nono currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via PayPal. Payments via credit card are subject to a 6% increment on the total of the quotation due to services fees.

Are credit card transactions secure?
Yes. All credit card information sent to us PayPal is encrypted for complete security. Once you begin your checkout process everything will go through theirs secure server.

Can I make a purchase if I do not want to use my credit card online?
Yes. We will be happy to take your order by email. Please provide us with your contact information, product of your selection and a shipping address so we can send you the deposit or wire information.

Do you send a confirmation via e-mail?
Yes. Once your order has been placed you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.

Is my product ensured?  
Yes all deliveries outside Mexico are ensured by the currier company we use and the insurance feed is automatically applied to the deliver fee listed on your quotation. 

What is your return policy?
Product Returns will be accepted for all stock items within 7 days for store credit or exchange only.  Damage claims on shipped items must be made to the FedEx representative within 24 hours of package arrival and photographic evidence.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.

Return shipping, payment for return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable.  Many of our items are non-stock items.  It is the customer's responsibility to contact a nono sales representative to check on stock and availability.  Special orders and items made to order may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of payment a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

nono credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.

Can I cancel an order that I placed online?
Yes. There is a 24 hour period from the time that the original order was placed in which you may cancel your order.

Do you have a faster shipping service available?
Yes, your order can be shipped via expedited service, however there is an additional surcharge for this service.  Please contact nono for further details.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight and ship-to location.

Can I have my online order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
Yes, If you provide us with an alternate shipping address.

How is sales tax calculated on orders?
If nono is able to calculate import fees for you, they will be added to your order total before you check out. For the Countries where taxes and duties cannot be calculated beforehand, you will be asked to pay them at delivery to the courier.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes. Though at this time gift certificates are not available online. Please email us for details.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?
A gift certificate is just like cash and may only be redeemed in the store.
